Louisville Literary Arts is proud to present the annual Writer’s Block Festival, a full-day, free event welcoming writers, readers, teachers, and publishing professionals. The Festival hosts readings and performances, panels, staged interviews, open mics, exhibitors, and more. The Festival culminates with a reading by the Anne and William Axton Keynote Author, sponsored by the University of Louisville creative writing program. Craft workshops and agent pitch sessions are fee-based and require pre-registration. Whether you are a writer or fan of contemporary fiction, poetry, nonfiction, spoken word, or playwriting you are welcome at the Writer's Block Festival!
